I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work for the first two nights and made it difficult to sleep. While it finally functioned on the last night, it was frustrating that I had to deal with that issue. Additionally, navigating the property was quite a challenge due to some areas requiring several steps to reach, making it less convenient.

The staff is exceptional, consistently eager to please and extremely helpful, making your stay memorable. Plus, the beach amenities include serene spots like in-water hammocks that enhance relaxation.

Incidents like missing luggage in rain and a drawn-out check-in process can dampen the initial experience. The poolside service lacked promptness, leading to frustrating wait times for drinks.

I’m back from a week at Secrets Cap Cana and I can’t say enough about the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond, especially my butler, Drago, who ensured our needs were met daily. The beautiful beach had a ton of lounges, and the water activities kept things exciting with fun options like paddleboarding and kayaking. We enjoyed the evening shows, particularly the Queen tribute that had everyone on their feet. Dining was consistently good with great variety, but I did notice some off days where the food quality dipped a little. One minor issue was the hot tub not working during our stay, which was disappointing given that it was a preferred club room. The drinks felt a bit weak and overly sweet at times, too. One night we waited longer than expected for room service. Overall, the resort is stunning and meticulously clean, but there’s room for improvement in consistency with the food and some amenities.

Just a decent option for a stopover in Cap Cana with extraordinarily good value for money. The waiter at Oceana remembered my sister's special food needs and was super attentive. Make sure to check out the beach area for a chill vibe.
